• These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you (the customer) can use our website and place orders. By ordering goods from the Dark And Grim Ltd you are deemed to have understood and accepted theses terms and conditions of sale. The supplier of the goods featured is the Dark And Grim, a trading name of the Dark And Grim Ltd. Registered office 30 Whitaker Close Exeter Ex1 3WR. Registered in England Company Number 10287559.

Introduction

• These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to new and existing customers of Dark And Grim Ltd.

• Dark And Grim Ltd reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

Orders​

• All orders are to be pre-paid in full before goods are despatched including postage.

• All items are including of standard UK VAT.

• All orders are to be despatched within 4 - 8 working days from receipt of payment. unless stated on our website or we (Dark And Grim Ltd) have arranged with you (The Customer) a different time / date schedule.

• Orders can be placed on our website, social media sites, email or by telephone.

• Dark And Grim Ltd do not have a minimum order value.

• After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it. Dark And Grim Ltd will then start processing your order. We will email you when your order as been dispatched along with a tracking number.

• If we cannot accept your order or if we are unable to supply you with the Goods for any reason, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

Tracking Delivery

All orders from Dark And Grim Ltd are sent via Royal Mail / Parcelforce and come with full end-to-end tracking 

(Tracked 24/48) with GPS and photos to simple delivery confirmation.

A 9-27 character reference / tracking number for real-time updates, SMS/email alerts, and proof of delivery.

Collection

• If you would proffer to collect your goods this is strictly appointment only and all goods must be paid in full beforehand unless arrange with Dark And Grim Ltd.

Cancel or Amend

• If you need to cancel or amend any detail of your order without charge, it must be done so 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Contact our customer services team by telephone or email should any cancellation or amendment be required. This includes but is not limited to, products, delivery dates, and addresses. After this no cancellation or amendment is allowed and will be subject to charges. Any goods returned by the customer without the prior written consent from Dark And Grim will be subject to a 25% stock value handling fee.

Returns Of Goods

• The customers right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

• All breakages/damages etc. must be reported in writing/email, with supporting images within 5 working days of receipt of the order.

• Where the customer is entitled to a refund, we will credit the customer’s account within 30 days.

• The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods (unless otherwise agreed prior with Dark And Grim), we therefore recommend postal insurance is taken to cover the value of goods in transit.

• This cancellation policy does not affect the customer’s rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

• Any goods returned should be in saleable condition in unmarked boxes, unless otherwise agreed with Dark And Grim.

• Any goods returned by the customer without the prior written consent from Dark And Grim will be subject to a 25% stock value handling fee.

• Under no circumstance does Dark And Grim offer a sale or return, or exchange policy.

Pre-Orders and Back Orders

• (Pre-Order). These products can be ordered alongside all other in-stock products, and our website will notify you of an estimated arrival date. Once an order is placed, these orders will be held (Back order) until the stock arrives, at which point we will email you a delivery date and then goods will be delivered to you.

•  Goods placed on pre-order or back order. From time to time, and for whatever reason, products may not be available to despatch we will offer you credit to your account or a full refund including postage on what you decide.

Deliveries outside of the UK

• If you are placing an order from outside the UK we use Royal mail International Tracked & Signed. Tracked to delivery point and a signature on delivery. You are therefore responsible for all import customs/clearance charges. For International Shipping cost please contact Us.

Price of Goods

• Prices for our Goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

• Prices shown include standard UK VAT.

• Postage / Shipping prices will be shown and added in your cart.

Payment

• You can only pay for Goods ordered using the payment methods available on our website.

• We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal and bank transfers.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• All transactions are undertaken and conducted under the jurisdiction of English Law and any disputes in connection therewith shall be tried in the Courts of England and Wales.

• None of these terms affect the customer’s legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Trademarks and Copyright

• All Dark And Grim Ltd Official Products come with our Authenticity Trademark on the bottom. Alongside an Authenticity Certificate, packaging also comes with Trademark print. All products come with a free wooden Dark And Grim keyring.

• Dark And Grim Ltd Website: designs, packaging, text, logos, product descriptions, and all other material are copyright.

• All our Bespoke, One Of A Kind, Handmade/custom Items. Are made to a high quality which we pride our self's in but please remember that these items are Handmade and not one is the same.

• These items are not for Children and should not be given to Children as they may consist of small parts, sharp parts or loose parts.
